Graduates are equipped to safely teach the classical Mat repertoire, apply Pilates principles, observe movement quality, and deliver professional instruction.
The NAPI Mat Pilates Teacher Training Program requires a minimum of 175 documented hours, distributed across seven defined training components. This structure ensures candidates develop theoretical knowledge, physical mastery, observation skills, and instructional competency before certification is awarded.
