Graduates are equipped to safely teach movement, apply Pilates principles, observe movement quality, and deliver professional instruction across private and group settings.
The NAPI Reformer Teacher Training Program requires a minimum of 300 documented hours, distributed across seven defined training components. This structure ensures candidates develop theoretical knowledge, physical mastery, professional observation skills, and instructional competency before certification is awarded.

Foundational through intermediate and advanced Reformer exercises for Pilates, nervous-system foundations, and the physiology of active aging.
Formal supervised assessment: live teaching observed by a Qualified Teacher Trainer with structured feedback and competency sign-off.
